I love their freshly brewed coffee in the mornings and their chicken ceasar salads for lunch. Small location in my building across the hall from citibank. They take orders over the phone and you can pay when you pick it up. They open early in the morning 7:45 am and close at 4 pm Monday thru Friday, closed Saturday and Sunday.

Pretty good wrap /sandwich place in the heart of the business district of Fort Lauderdale.
I asked the cashier for a recommendation and she said The Downtowner was one of the most popular items. I tried it and it has a lot of good ingredients in it:
chicken, hummus, avocado, spinach, cherry peppers. Overall, pretty good for a wrap. Comes with a side salad or pasta salad. Pasta salad was good.
Service was quick, and music to listen to as you wait. Plenty of parking nearby for this location. Solid place for lunch.

I've been here a bunch of times, yet I always forget to check in.
This is near my office. It's saved my coworkers and I often. When the coffee machine is down, when we are hungry randomly in the morning, when we forgot lunch, or we simply want to get out of our spaces.
If you're in a rush, too, you can order ahead. Just give them a call. They're usually on time with this, but on the off chance they aren't, they won't take longer than five minutes.
Thus far, I've tried three things off their menu: their café con leche, their bagels, and their Italian style waffles. The café con leche could be bigger, but it's made of yumminess. I'm pretty sure they use condensed milk for it.
As for the bagels, they're big and you can get them with cream cheese, butter, and I forget what else. The Italian style waffles are a real treat, albeit fattening. I usually order these and share with a coworker. So much sweetness.
Haven't tried their wraps or soups yet, but if it's anything like the breakfast items I've tried, I'm sure they're fabulous. -

Brooklyn Special wrap is amazing. I order it through Uber Eats delivery when I'm at work.

We work in the same building as this shop and I can tell you they are consistent and always fresh. I highly recommend them. Sometimes we eat there everyday. Great Açaí bowl! It's nice they put the wraps in an oven, So that the wrap itself is not doughy as they sometimes are. Also they have 2 great soup choices daily. Don't hesitate to try the
